8th Grade Formal
This Saturday, May 10, Graves County Middle School will be hosting their third annual 8th Grade Formal, better known as just formal. The theme for this year is classic Hollywood. Straying from popcorn and Grammys this formal will be more elegant and focus on the glam of Hollywood. "I am super excited about getting to dance and hang out with all of my friends," student Lyndi Qualls exclaimed about formal. Unfortunately this amazing event is only for 8th graders, but don't worry 7th graders your thrilling formal will be here before you know it. There is a dress code, for girls your dress must be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee, and no really low cut tops, but the dresses can be strapless. And guys please dress nice with no jeans, cowboy boots, etc. it's called formal for a reason. Overall formal is going to be a great event that everyone is looking forward to.
